Pro AV Services

Incredible Service...Unbelievable Knowledge! We hired Pro AV Services upon the recommendation of our builder, Fogleman Homes. When we first met Rick my wife and I were amazed with his knowledge...yet we were unsure of our ability to catch on with the new technology he explained. Rick assured us that he would make things easy...and he certainly did! We met Rick prior to being ready to install anything as our home was under construction and he also planned the pre-wiring with us for the future AV system inside our home. Rick also had great follow up...not to "sell us" but to see how things were coming along with the home and to see if we had questions regarding any aspect of construction which involved him (wiring and future AV equipment, etc). When we got closer to install the AV system...we had many questions...and Rick was patient and always answered our calls taking all the time necessary to make us understand the equipment and the entire process of installation and usage of what he was going to install. He also lead us in the correct direction as to what to install and the reasoning behind any decision. When the time arrived to actually install the televisions and sound/

Rick and crew installed an audio system in our home and we love it. They arrived when they said they would and did a wonderful job. They did more than they had to and spent all the time we needed showing my wife and I how everything worked. I highly recommend Pro A/V for any AV needs you may have. Thank you, Brian and Pam

The techs for Pro AV were professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. They catered to exactly what we needed complete and made the process easy. They were accommodating with our schedule and followed through with more than expected. We now have a great entertainment system throughout the home, outside the home, and down at the dock! They also handled a landscape lighting issue and it looks great. Thank you!

Rick and his team have been providing installation and service for sound and communication systems in the residential homes that I supervise construction of. I find his knowledge and expertise invaluable to our customers and his work enhances the quality of our product. He has played a key roll in updating the sound and communication system during the recent remodel of my personal home. I give him my highest recommendation.
